जालंधर(परमजीत पममा/लवजीत/कूनाल तेजी): जालंधर की कचहरी में उस समय दहशत का माहौल बन गया जब यहां 2 वकीलों का आपस में झगड़ा हो गया। इस दौरान यह तकरार इतनी बढ़ गई कि ख़ूनी झड़प तक जा पहुंचा। इस दौरान एक वकील की बेरहमी से पिटाई की गई।
इस मौके पर पीड़ित वकील सरबजीत कश्यप ने बताया कि वह अपने किसी क्लाइंट के तलाक केस के सिलसिले में कोर्ट में आए थे। जैसे ही वह कोर्ट के बाहर पहुंचे तो मुख़्त्यार मोहम्मद, लियाकत मोहम्मद, आसिफ अख्तर सहित अन्य साथियों ने मिल कर मेरे ऊपर अचानक ही तेजधार हथियार के साथ हमला कर दिया।
पीड़ित का कहना है कि हम पर केस वापिस करने का भी दबाव बनाया जा रहा था और पूरे परिवार को जान से मारने की धमकियां दीं जा रही थीं। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे घर में बम प्लाट भी किया गया था, जिसका केस सी.जी.एम. कोर्ट में चल रहा था, जिसे वापिस लेने के लिए हम पर दबाव बनाया जा रहा था। वहीं पीड़ित की बहन के कपड़े तक फाड़े गए।मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस की तरफ से मामले की जांच की जा रही है।
