ਸੀਆਈਏ ਸਟਾਫ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਟਾਟਾ ਕੈਂਟਰ ‘ਚੋਂ ਚੰਡੀਗਡ਼੍ਹ ਮਾਰਕਾ ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ 309 ਪੇਟੀਆਂ ਬਰਾਮਦ ਕਰਕੇ ਗੱਡੀ ਦਾ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ। ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਡੀਸੀਪੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੀਆਈਏ ਸਟਾਫ ਦੇ ਮੁਖੀ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਰਮਨਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਮੁਖਬਰ ਖਾਸ ਦੀ ਸੂਚਨਾ ‘ਤੇ ਪੁਲਸ ਨੇ ਐਕਸਾਈਜ਼ ਇੰਸਪੈਕਟਰ ਗੌਤਮ ਗੋਬਿੰਦ ਬੈਂਸ ਅਤੇ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਬੀਤੀ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਲੰਮਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਚੌਕ ਲਾਗੇ ਨਾਕਾਬੰਦੀ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਜਿਵੇਂ ਹੀ ਉਕਤ ਨੰਬਰ ਦਾ ਕੈਂਟਰ ਲੰਮਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਚੌਕ ਤੋਂ ਲੰਘਣ ਲੱਗਾ ਤਾਂ ਪੁਲਸ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕ ਕੇ ਜਦ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਲਈ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਚੋਂ ਚੰਡੀਗਡ਼੍ਹ ਮਾਰਕੇ ਦੀਆਂ 309 ਪੇਟੀਆਂ
ਨਾਜਾਇਜ਼ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਮਿਲੀਅਾ ਜਿਸ ਬਾਰੇ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਕੋਈ ਪੁਖਤਾ ਸਬੂਤ ‘ਤੇ ਦਸਤਾ ਵੇਜ਼ ਪੇਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਿਆ ਜਿਸ ‘ਤੇ ਟੀਮ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਸ਼ਰਾਬ ਨੂੰ ਕਬਜ਼ੇ ਵਿਚ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਸੁਖਵਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਉਰਫ ਸੋਢੀ ਨੂੰ ਗਿ੍ਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਡਰਾਈਵਰ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਥਾਣਾ ਰਾਮਾ ਮੰਡੀ ਵਿਚ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਡੀਸੀਪੀ ਗੁਰਮੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕੀ ਅਦਾਲਤ ‘ਚ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੁਲਸ ਰਿਮਾਂਡ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ‘ਤੇ ਉਸ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਹੋਰ ਪੁੱਛਗਿੱਛ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ
