ਘਰ ਘਰ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਕਰਕੇ ਸੱਤਾ ਵਿਚ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੇ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਦਾ ਵਾਅਦਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਨਾ ਕਰਦਿਆ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੱਡਾ ਧੋਖਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਰੋਜਗਾਰ ਮੇਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਢੋਂਗ ਕਰਕੇ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੋਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਖੱਜਲ ਖੁਆਰ ਅਤੇ ਗੁੰਮਰਾਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਨਹੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਇਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਹਲਕਾ ਸੰਗਰੂਰ ਤੋਂ ਆਪ ਆਗੂ ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਭਰਾਜ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ।
ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਚਾਰ ਸਾਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਲਾਰੇ ਲਗਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਕਾਂਗਰਸੀ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਫਤਿਹਜੰਗ ਬਾਜਵਾ ਬੇਟੇ ਨੂੰ ਡੀ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕ ਰਾਕੇਸ਼ ਪਾਂਡੇ ਦੇ ਬੇਟੇ ਨੂੰ ਤਹਿਸੀਲਦਾਰ ਨਿਯੁਕਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਨਾਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨੋਜਵਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਖਮਾਂ ਤੇ ਲੂਣ ਛਿੜਕਿਆ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀ ਨੌਜਵਾਨੀ ਪੜ ਲਿਖ ਕੇ ਨੌਕਰੀਆਂ ਨਾ ਮਿਲਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਜਾ ਤਾਂ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਅੱਗੇ ਡਾਗਾਂ ਖਾ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ ਜਾ ਆਤਮ ਹੱਤਿਆ ਕਰ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ।
ਨਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੌਰ ਭਰਾਜ ਨੇ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਇਸ ਫੈਸਲੇ ਦੀ ਨਿਖੇਧੀ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਜਾ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਹਨ ਜਿੰਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਲਈ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ,ਖੇਡਾ,ਪੜਾਈ ਅਤੇ ਹੋਰ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੱਲਾਂ ਮਾਰੀਆਂ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਕੈਪਟਨ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਯੋਗ ਜਾ ਲੋੜਵੰਦ ਨਹੀ ਲੱਗਾ ਉਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਰਫ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਧਾਇਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਹੀ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਯੋਗ ਲੱਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਵੱਡੀ ਪੋਸਟ ਤੇ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
