ਜਿਸ ਨੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਮੁਨੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਉਰਫ ਮੋਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਰਾਜ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਉਰਫ ਹਾਕਮ ਵਾਸੀ 166 ਨੇੜੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਹਾਈ ਸਕੂਲ ਦਕੋਹਾ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦਸਿਆ। ਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਾਰ ਨੰਬਰ ਪੀਬੀ-08-ਏਈ-4234 ਮਾਰਕਾ ਮਾਰੂਤੀ 800 ਦੀ ਤਲਾਸ਼ੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਕਾਰ ਵਿਚੋਂ 12 ਪੇਟੀਆ ਅੰਗਰੇਜੀ ਸਰਾਬ ਫਸਟ ਚੁਆਇਸ਼ ਵਿਸਕੀ ਬ੍ਰਾਮਦ ਹੋਈ। ਜਿਸ ‘ਤੇ ਮੁਨੀਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਉਰਫ ਮੋਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਰਾਜ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਉਰਫ ਹਾਕਮ ਵਾਸੀ 166 ਨੇੜੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਹਾਈ ਸਕੂਲ ਦਕੋਹਾ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦੇ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਮੁਕੱਦਮਾ ਨੰਬਰ 60 ਮਿਤੀ 01.06.2021 ਅ/ਧ 61, 1, 14, ‘ਤੇ 78, ( 2 ) ਆਬਕਾਰੀ ਐਕਟ ਥਾਣਾ ਕੈਂਟ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਦਰਜ ਰਜਿਸਟਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਇਹ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ‘ਤੇ ਮੁਜਰਿਮ ਦੇ ਖ਼ਿਲਾਫ਼ ਬਣਦੀ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।
