The infection of coronavirus in the country is continuously increasing, new cases have been reported everyday. In the midst of all this, there are some heroes who have helped people in difficult times without worrying about themselves and their families.
First came the doctors, nurses, ward boys, pathologists, pharmacists and their ilk. As stricter norms came to be implemented, the policemen came to the fore. With the lockdown, the providers of essential supplies made their presence felt and a large number of organisations and individuals jumped into the fray and there was a fair bit of mixing and cross-fertilization of roles.
An organisation named Raja Human Rights Protection and Foundation came up with their members who were endearing their qualities on display is being ever ready to help, even without being asked.
Home made mask making and distribution drive conducted in Shimla and Kullu under the governance of Sangeeta Sood(State President, Raja Human Rights Himachal Pradesh), Food distribution drive to needy people and Vaccination camp organized in Ludhiana under the supervision of Mrs. Monika and Sukhwinder Gill(State President and General Secretary, Raja Human Rights Punjab) respectively,
Plasma Donation conducted in Haryana under the guidance of Jasvinder Gill(Chairman, Raja Human Rights Haryana).
Shweta Mehta , a well known Actor, Athlete and Roadies Winner came in touch with Jaskirat Singh(Founder, Raja Human Rights) and Pradeep Kumar Singh (National Senior Vice President, Raja Human Rights) and has lent a helping hand in providing ventilator beds, plasma donors, oxygen cylinders etc.
Mr. Pradeep said that “It’s natural to feel anxiety when we face a crisis, the unknown, or sudden change. It’s a normal reaction to feel the need for safety, certainty, predictability, and control.
So being a positive mind just Direct your attention or Practice mindfulness, Practice breathing, Practice gratitude, Reach out to others, be active, Keep your balance and Know when to reach out for help”.
He further added that one of our Covid Volunteer Team in Haridwar, Uttarakhand making arrangements of Foods items for daily wages workers, Beds in hospital, Oxygen to critical patient, Plasma to needy ones etc.The team consists of Saumya Sharma, Ashish Joshi, Rajat, Ananya, Devisha, Nikki, Ritik, Harshit, Shankar, Yamini, Shipra, Niteesh, Sonia, Lavi.
