ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ: -(ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਪੰਮਾ/ਕੂਨਾਲ ਤੇਜੀ/ਜਸਕੀਰਤ ਰਾਜਾ) ਸੈਂਟਰਲ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਲਾਤਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਕੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਜ਼ਾ ਕੱਟ ਰਿਹਾ ਇੱਕ ਕੈਦੀ ਪੈਰੋਲ ਦੀ ਛੁੱਟੀ ਵੇਲੇ ਬਚ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ‘ਤੇ ਥਾਣਾ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੇ ਫਰਾਰ ਕੈਦੀ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਭਾਲ ਵਿਚ ਛਾਪੇਮਾਰੀ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ ਦੇ ਸੁਪਰਡੈਂਟ ਨੇ ਥਾਣਾ ਸਿਟੀ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ ਦੀ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਵਿਚ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਵਿਚ ਐਫ.ਆਈ.ਆਰ. ਨਵੰਬਰ -288 ਮਿਤੀ 26 ਨਵੰਬਰ, 2012 ਧਾਰਾਵਾਂ 376, 363, 506 ਆਈ.ਪੀ.ਸੀ. ਕੈਦੀ ਬਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਤਰਸੇਮ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਜਿਸਨੂੰ ਥਾਣਾ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ ਅਧੀਨ ਮੁਹੱਲਾ ਸੰਤਪੁਰਾ ਥਾਣਾ ਸਿਟੀ ਕਪੂਰਥਲਾ 2 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ, 2020 ਨੂੰ ਪੈਰੋਲ ਛੁੱਟੀ ‘ਤੇ ਜੇਲ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਆਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਉਕਤ ਕੈਦੀ ਨੂੰ 27 ਫਰਵਰੀ 2021 ਨੂੰ ਸਬ ਜੇਲ ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ ਜਾਣਾ ਸੀ। , ਪਰ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਜੇਲ੍ਹ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਨ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਨਾ ਮਿਲੀ ਕਿ ਕੈਦੀ ਬਲਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸਬ ਜੇਲ ਪਠਾਨਕੋਟ ਨਹੀਂ ਪਹੁੰਚਿਆ।
